With the Curve Control Program, you'll get an analysis of your curve utilizing 3D surface typography so you can get immediate feedback on what your scoliosis looks like at this current time. All done with an easy to use app and any smartphone! Dr. Katie Blanchard will help you to understand your 3D body scan so you can learn more about your specific curve. Finally a way to see results from the comfort of your home!

The Curve Control Program is divided into 3 phases, 12 weeks total. It is front-loaded to help you learn the schroth method concepts and how to customize schroth exercises to your specific curve. In Phase 1 you'll meet once a week, one-on-one with Dr. Katie Blanchard via video call. Phases 2 & 3 is when your daily exercise programming begins. You'll receive video exercises sent to you daily to help you understand and perform the correct dosage of exercise, including schroth method exercise, strength training, and mobility. In order to participate in the program you will need access to a computer, tablet, or phone with video conferencing capabilities (similar to zoom).
If you have scoliosis (or have a child with scoliosis) and want a non-surgical approach to managing your condition, this session is for you! It’s especially helpful if you’re experiencing back pain, struggling with posture, or have seen progression of your curve worsening over time.

The best results from The Curve Control Program come when you set up your first onboarding call within a week of purchasing the program and consistently show up 4 weeks in a row during phase 1 of the program. You have up to 90 days to complete your individual sessions from date of purchase to allow time for implementation and/or scheduling conflicts. If you do not complete your sessions within that window, you will forfeit any unused sessions.
That’s a myth! Many of our clients are adults and seniors who see real improvements with scoliosis-specific exercises. It’s never too late to take control of your spine.
While every case is different, our goal is to help you maximize your mobility, stop the progression of scoliosis from worsening, and reduce pain so that surgery is a last resort. Many of our clients have successfully managed their scoliosis non-surgically.
The Curve Control Program DOES guarantee that you're getting a top-noch scoliosis exercise coach, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Implementation is key to your success.
